I purchased a BMW 318d touring after making contact with seller the day before. The photos were very detailed and left no stone unturned. Communication is a strong point and his knowledge of the car was evident. I am usually cautious about used cars and their salesmen but can say with confidence that this seller wants to provide good cars with a known history. Polite, professional and seemingly well informed about higher end cars and mechanical workings. When it’s time to replace mine or my wife’s car, we will consider auto perform to provide it.

Excellent from start to finish which was a roller coaster afternoon,I’ve never looked at a car and bought it and drove it home in less than 3 hours,and it’s all down to Autotrader,and Autoperform.com .It started Sunday seen the car I was looking for and made a phone call I spoke to Marcus from Autoperform I’m interested in a vehicle,because of pictures and video quality it made my decision very easy,right spec,great colour,and amazing price,only hurdle was PX but Marcus made my mind up due to What’s App I sent 4 pictures of a car I’ve looked after for 6 years, he then gave me a great and fair valuation of my car.,He made the 34 mile trip well worth the journey has I’ve always bought locally,I then booked a appointment to view car with Marcus,he gave me the idea of if you like the car you could be able to take it same day,test drive of vehicle and Marcus the car was sold with little fussing,he done paperwork cherish plate removal,it was hello new goodbye old.regards Graham Maz

I was looking for a replacement for my 2000 Bentley Arnage Red Label and found a Flying Spur on Autotrader. Checking out the video and photos it was clear that given the very fair price advertised the 2005 Flying Spur might fit the bill. A telephone call covered all the questions I had and was handled in a very friendly and professional manner, this was a key requirement for me as the dealer is over 600 miles from my home. An appointment was made and I journeyed down with my existing car. The Spur was as it had been described, one or two minor faults (The car is 15 years old) but these had been honestly detailed from the start. Figures agreed, the paperwork was concluded and I drove away in my new car - Happy. Had the car at the time of writing for nine days and have over 1300 miles covered.

I had had my Qashqai for 7 years and was looking to upgrade to something bigger, and had a VW Tuareg in mind, not too new i had a budget. I found my ideal car at Autoperform , and in black , my favourite colour. It was just within budget, and was well presented with a full video tour and plenty of detailed photographs. The vehicle had just a couple of minor marks which were fully pointed out. Having paid for the vehicle I picked it up the following weekend. Log change details and vehicle taxing took very little time , and I soon drove off with my new pride and joy. It drives beautifully , and feels brand new. I am exceptionally pleased with the service provided by Autoperform , and would certainly use them in the future.

Despite us finding ourselves in a global pandemic which has added some extra challenges when purchasing a car, especially long distance, Autoperform have been nothing short of professional throughout the entire process. The details of the car as displayed on their website were very accurate. The car was very well presented and where we have had a couple of questions, the responses have been very prompt and courteous at all times. Just bought an A3 from autoperform, very pleased with it, the car was in great condition and had a fresh MOT. The car was immaculate when I came to see it and they had clearly spent some time cleaning it up which was much appreciated. When I first enquired about the car they responded to me quickly and provided me with more than enough detail about the car, service history ect. I was slightly hesitant to buy "click and collect" through auto trader but after the amount of detail included in the advertisement and the helpful chat I had with them over the phone there really wasnt much more to think about. I was given a 3month warranty and a 2 week period to return the car but I've been really happy with it mainly because the advert was honest and so there were no surprises when I picked it up. I had travelled over from Grimsby to pick up the car so was a big relief that it lived up to everything described in the advert. Professional and trustworthy, best seller on auto trader I've seen

I used the Click and collect service that Autoperform are offering and it was perfect as I was still able to view the vehicle in a safe environment and socially distanced. The owner is a genuine and lovely bloke and he was very helpful and and give me all the information I needed on the car. I part exchanged my Land Rover discovery against the Porsche and drove away the same day. The after sales experience is brilliant too as every time I’ve called or messaged to ask a question he’s always there willing to help. I would defiantly recommend buying your car from Autoperform to anyone and I will certainly be paying a visit to Autoperform again next time I want a new car :)

Having viewed a number of Porsche Cayenne’s on Auto trader I viewed Autoperform as previously I had noticed they stocked Porsche. I viewed a 62 plate in white 3ltr diesel and watched the very informative video a few times. I decided to called the dealer and arranged to view later that day to which he was happy to agree. I arrived and viewed the car which I must admit was even better condition than hoped. We had a test drive and discussed the vehicle and history , Marcus was very helpful and informative with great experience . Just bought a bmw 3 series from autoperform. Marcus has been a delight to deal with from start to finish, everytime i messaged him with queries, he was very quick to respond an answer all my queries. Honestly an informative. I had to travel 4 hours by train to get there, and he even picked me up from the trainstation, an took me for a test drive an back to he's place to go through paper work. Disgraceful!!! I have just this week purchased and returned an Audi Q5 2.0 TDI S line plus Quattro from Autoperform. The sale price was £10,990, after looking at the receipts I noticed that the timing belt and water pump replacement was overdue as it had been 6 years since the last replacement.We agreed that I would pay £11,200 for the car and they would have the work done. I picked the car up on Monday 14th June, there was a bag with the old belt and pump, I informed I would take the car for an independent check over.My local garage informed me that the Timing belt and water pump had not been replaced!! The parts in the bag did not even fit the Q5!!! Further the rear O/S shock absorber had failed and was full of old oil so it should not have even passed the MOT which they had arranged prior to sale.I have just returned the car to Autoperform and although I got the car value refund he would not give m

At Autoperform we’re pleased to say we have lovely customers. On the very rare occasions where there are genuine issues we will do everything possible for a good outcome for everyone (as reflected in our other reviews). The situation here is clearly different. The customer reported some issues which sounded like genuine concerns. However, instead of returning it to us to check, he tried to get us to pay him about £500 to have them resolved at his “mate’s garage” – instead we offered a 100% refund for the return of the car. We can now report that the old timing belt parts were indeed from the car and the shock absorber is fine. It seems it was the right decision to refund and distance ourselves from this customer. We continue to strive to provide an excellent service for our customers, the majority of whom like doing business with us and appreciate all that we do, We stand by our cars (we include a self-underwritten warranty) and are always keen to address any genuine concerns.
