It's done under 10,000 miles per year by just 2 previous owners (3 in total), with service history and not due until January 2025 (or another 15,000 miles or so), it's got good brakes, tyres (Pirelli) and 2 remote keys. It seems to run and drive extremely well (we've done well over 100 miles in it), and of course being the 450bhp Turbo it's rather fast!
There is an MOT until December 2025 with no particularly concerning advisory items but we haven't had it inspected further as this is NOT A REETAIL SALE. There are a few very minor niggles (some of the headlining sags, a towing eye cover is missing, the radio head unit doesn't work etc) but we think it's probably in better condition that most other 21 year old Cayennes. I was looking for a replacement for my 2000 Bentley Arnage Red Label and found a Flying Spur on Autotrader. Checking out the video and photos it was clear that given the very fair price advertised the 2005 Flying Spur might fit the bill. A telephone call covered all the questions I had and was handled in a very friendly and professional manner, this was a key requirement for me as the dealer is over 600 miles from my home. An appointment was made and I journeyed down with my existing car. The Spur was as it had been described, one or two minor faults (The car is 15 years old) but these had been honestly detailed from the start. I had had my Qashqai for 7 years and was looking to upgrade to something bigger, and had a VW Tuareg in mind, not too new i had a budget.
